The rootstock possesses medium vigor and is convenient for the grafting process. It is used both in greenhouse conditions and when cultivating crops on trellises in the open field.

The plant is characterized by complex resistance to soil-borne pathogens, in particular, it demonstrates high resistance to Fusarium wilt race 3 and bacterial wilt caused by Ralstonia solanacearum. The use of this rootstock is aimed at improving the endurance of grafted varieties in adverse soil or climatic conditions.
