The variety is an heirloom of North American folk selection. The plant is of the indeterminate type, with a height reaching 160–200 cm. The plant requires staking and pruning; training to 2–3 stems is recommended.
The period from emergence to ripening is 110–120 days. Fruit weight varies from 300 to 400 g, with individual specimens reaching 1 kg. The fruits are intended for fresh consumption, use in salads and sauces, and are not suitable for long-term storage.
