The variety is a tall plant with an indeterminate growth type, reaching a height of about 1.8 m, which requires mandatory staking and pruning. Fruit ripening takes 80–95 days, which classifies it as a mid-season or mid-late variety.

The fruits have a pronounced ribbed shape, resembling an accordion, and reach a weight of 100 to 500 g, with specimens weighing 150–250 g being the most common. Inside, the fruits are hollow, with small seed chambers and a fleshy structure. The taste of the fruits is described as mild, sweet, and fruity.

The plant requires consistent watering, as uneven moisture can lead to fruit cracking and the development of blossom end rot. The variety is versatile in use, however, due to its hollowness, it is considered an ideal option for preparing stuffed dishes.
