The variety Ypacaraí (TCP 1219) is an indeterminate plant with high uniformity of oval-shaped fruits. The fruits have an intense red color, an average weight of about 18 grams, and a high sugar content (more than 8.5° Brix). A characteristic feature is high resistance to cracking and the formation of defects.

The plant forms symmetrical and firm clusters, each containing from 12 to 14 fruits. The variety is suitable for greenhouse cultivation in spring and autumn cycles. It possesses high resistance to Tomato mosaic virus, Tomato brown rugose fruit virus, and Fusarium wilt, as well as intermediate resistance to Tomato yellow leaf curl virus and nematodes.
