Paloma F1 is an early-maturing hybrid suitable for harvest 65 days after transplanting. The plant forms a compact bush 50–70 cm in height and 60–90 cm in diameter. The variety adapts well to various growing conditions and is also suitable for container gardening.
The fruits are round-oval in shape, reach 5–8 cm in size, and weigh approximately 200 g. The fruit skin is thin and glossy, white in color. The white flesh has a creamy texture, contains few seeds, is not bitter, and has a characteristic nutty-mushroom aroma. The fruits are used in cooking, for example for grilling and pickling.
