The tree reaches a height of 6–8, sometimes 10 meters. At a young age, the crown is conical, becoming ovoid and spherical with age. The trunk is straight, and branches are directed at an acute angle upwards.
The leaves are ovoid, dense, leathery, dark green on top and greyish-tomentose underneath, turning bright yellow in autumn. The fruits are brown, elongated, becoming soft upon ripening and are edible.
The variety is characterized by high drought and heat tolerance, adapts well to growing conditions, and develops rapidly at a young age. It is an apomictic variety that forms seeds without fertilization.
