The plant has a compact, rounded or ovoid crown shape. Leaves are compound, pinnate, smooth and shiny, dark green during the summer period; in autumn, they acquire orange and purple-red shades. A characteristic feature is the wine-red leaf buds.
Fruits are small, lacquer-red in color, gathered in large clusters. The variety is intended for decorative landscaping of small gardens and urban areas. The plant can be grown as a shrub or as a tree grafted onto a stem and possesses high winter hardiness.
