Variety description

The variety forms a neat clump up to 140 cm tall. The foliage has a steel-blue color that changes to warm tones in the autumn. Purple-tinted inflorescences with yellow stamens appear above the main mass of foliage from August to October.
The plant belongs to warm-season grasses and prefers sunny locations. It tolerates various soil types well, from moderately acidic to slightly alkaline, provided that drainage is ensured. The variety is resistant to slugs and suitable for use in flower beds, landscape compositions, and container gardening.
Plant care involves pruning the aerial part in late winter or early spring. The variety is not intended for agricultural use as a forage crop.
