The variety belongs to the soriz group, obtained by crossing sudangrass and grain sorghum. The grain is characterized by a vitreous endosperm, resembling rice in its properties, and contains over 70% starch.

The thousand kernel weight is approximately 29 g, and the test weight is 76 kg/hl. The variety is being studied as a promising raw material for the creation of gluten-free products and meat product analogues due to its high nutrient content.
