The variety belongs to the early-maturing group, which allows it to be sown until the end of May, including cultivation as a second crop. The plant is characterized by excellent lodging resistance, high tolerance to diseases, and the ability to develop on less fertile soils without irrigation.

The grain has a red color and low tannin content, protein content is 10–12%, thousand kernel weight varies from 30 to 34 g. Panicles are medium, loose, with a high rate of moisture loss during ripening. The genetic yield potential is estimated at 8.5–9 t/ha, the product is suitable for feed and food purposes.
