The hybrid is medium-late maturing; the period from emergence to flowering is 75–80 days, and the full cycle to harvest is about 110 days. The plants reach a height of 220–270 cm and are characterized by compactness, high leafiness, and resistance to lodging due to shortened internode length.

The variety contains the BMR-6 gene, which reduces lignin content, increasing forage digestibility by 40% compared to standard varieties. The crop is used as a highly nutritious forage alternative to maize in arid climate conditions.
