The variety forms large bright-green heart-shaped leaves, reaching a height of about 25 cm. The plant has a strong root system and is characterized by high cold hardiness. When exposed to high temperatures, the variety quickly enters the flowering phase, therefore it is not recommended for summer cultivation.
The leaves of the variety are crispy and suitable for fresh consumption, making smoothies, or thermal processing. The crop is suitable for cultivation in open ground, hotbeds, and greenhouses, as well as for the production of microgreens or baby leaf.
