Fanfin RZ F1 spinach belongs to the European spinach type with smooth, round-shaped leaves. The bush has an upright form, making the variety convenient for mechanical harvesting. The variety is mid-early and intended for cultivation during the spring and autumn periods.
The plant possesses high resistance to downy mildew of spinach (Peronospora effusa) races 1–20, as well as to Stemphylium leaf spot. The variety is intended for sale on the fresh produce market.
