Variety description

The variety is a compact shrub 60–90 cm tall with a dense rounded shape. Upon emergence, foliage has a red-burgundy hue, gradually transitioning to dark green, while new growth retains a reddish tone, and in autumn the foliage turns brick-red. The flowers are purple-red or pink-red and are gathered in dense inflorescences.
The plant belongs to USDA hardiness zones 3–8. The variety is low-maintenance, resistant to lodging, does not require deadheading, and has high resistance to deer. Recommended for creating borders, hedges, mass plantings, and container cultivation.
