The plant is a compact, dense shrub 45–60 cm tall and 45–75 cm wide. Young foliage in the spring has a bright orange or red hue, gradually transitioning to yellow and yellow-green. Throughout the season, orange tones reappear on new growth, and in the autumn, the color changes to copper-bronze, red, and purple shades.
Flowering occurs in late spring to early summer with purple-pink flowers gathered in corymbose inflorescences. The shrub is drought-tolerant, resistant to urban conditions, and does not require regular pruning to maintain its shape. The variety is practically sterile, which eliminates self-seeding.
The plant is used in landscape design for creating borders, group plantings, edging paths, and cultivation in containers.
