Variety description

The plant forms a dense shrub 60–90 cm in height. Young spring shoots have a bronze or purple hue, replaced in summer by glaucous-green foliage, and by deep red in autumn. Flowering with small white flowers in dense corymbose inflorescences occurs in late spring and early summer on the previous year's shoots.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness (USDA zones 3–8, withstands temperatures down to -25°C and lower) and is low-maintenance. The plant is used for creating borders, low hedges, group compositions, and for cultivation in containers.
