This strain was developed based on wild-growing forms. It is a saprotroph cultivated on straw, wood chips, or other plant residues.

The variety's fruiting bodies are distinguished by reddish-brown caps. The yield of the strain is about 0.6–0.8 kg of fresh mushrooms per 1 kg of air-dry straw.
