The Balablim variety belongs to the Sutera crop, which is often classified as Chaenostoma cordatum. In commercial activity, it is known under the trade name Abunda™ Blue Improved.
The main distinguishing feature of the variety recorded during examination is the growth habit of the plant in comparison with analogues. The variety is intended for use in ornamental gardening, and no seed or fruit formation was recorded during the trials.
