The variety is intended for use in landscaping as a ground cover crop, as well as for growing in hanging baskets and containers. Botanically, the plant is classified as Sutera cordata.

The plant possesses the general characteristics of the genus Sutera, including small leaves and flowering in "waves" throughout the growing season. The crop requires regular watering and does not tolerate drying out of the soil.
