The variety Suttis 98 is a prostrate or trailing plant with dense branching. It has simple broad-ovate or rounded leaves of a light or medium-green color with a serrated margin.

The flowers of the plant have a tubular shape and white color, while the inner side of the corolla tube is distinguished by a yellow-orange hue. The variety is often used in comparative trials as a reference sample for assessing the shoot morphology and flower characteristics of Bacopa.
