The variety is a selection form that serves as a lower-growing alternative to the 'Hancock' variety. The plant reaches a height of about 0.5 m and forms a dense plant cover that prevents weed development, which makes it suitable for group plantings and slope landscaping.
The shrub possesses graceful, arching branches that bend towards the ground. Flowering occurs in August-September with pink flowers that attract pollinating insects. The fruits are small and purple-pink in color.
The variety is characterized by high resistance to wind, including sea winds, as well as to air pollution and exhaust gases. It belongs to the group of groundcover plants.
