Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Syringa vulgaris and Syringa persica. Previously encountered under the synonym «Ellen».
Plant height 10 years after planting is about 2.5 meters. Leaves are small, the flowering period occurs in May — June.
Flowers have a bright lilac-pink shade, classified in the international register in the range from light lilac to dark purple. The plant is characterized as having good winter hardiness and is used in ornamental gardening.
