The plant is a fast-growing vine with flexible stems reaching a length of 150 to 240 cm. The foliage is green, typical for this species. The flowers have a tubular shape with five soft pink petals and a pronounced dark eye in the center.
The variety is a heat-loving and drought-tolerant plant that does not possess winter hardiness and is cultivated in cold climates as an annual. Flowering is prolonged, lasting from late spring to autumn. The plant does not require the removal of faded buds, as they fall off independently.
