The variety is a medium-sized tree, reaching a height of 10–15, sometimes up to 20 meters. The crown is dense, broad-conical or broad-ovoid in shape. Leaves are bright green, glossy, cordate, 8–10 cm in size, turning yellow in autumn.
Flowering occurs in June – July; the tree produces small, fragrant yellowish-white flowers that attract bees. The plant is undemanding to soil, well adapted to urban air pollution and arid conditions. Recommended for park landscaping and creating avenues.
