Variety description

The plant is a compact vine, reaching a height of 1–3 meters when provided with support, and 15–50 cm when grown as a groundcover. The main feature of the variety is the changing leaf color: young shoots have orange-red and copper-yellow hues, which eventually turn dark green with yellow variegation.
During the summer period, the plant produces fragrant cream-white or yellowish star-shaped flowers. The variety is relatively frost-hardy, withstanding temperature drops down to -5...-10°C, and also demonstrates high resistance to leaf spot, powdery mildew, and drought after establishment.
The crop is suitable for vertical landscaping of walls and supports, as well as for container cultivation. Like other members of the Apocynaceae family, the plant contains milky sap and is poisonous if ingested.
