Variety description

The plant forms dense clumps with branched stems and narrow lanceolate leaves of a medium-green color. The flowers are three-petaled, light blue, sometimes with a whitish tint, with contrasting fuzzy yellow stamens.
Flowering is prolonged from early summer to early autumn, the plant produces a large number of buds. The variety is winter hardy (USDA zones 3–9), prefers partial shade and sufficient moisture, and tolerates various soil types well. It is used in ornamental gardening for borders and mixed flower beds.
