Variety description

The plant forms a compact bushy habit about 40 cm wide. Leaves are narrow, sword-shaped, dark green or gray-green in color, sometimes with a purple hue. Flowers are three-petaled, dark purple, with prominent dark buds.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness down to -30 °C. Flowering lasts up to six months. Pruning of spent stems is recommended to stimulate repeat flowering and maintain shape. Used in ornamental gardening for mixed borders, container plantings, and natural-style flower beds.
