Variety description

10 August 2026

The variety is a hybrid of Tricyrtis formosana × Tricyrtis lasiocarpa. The plant forms a neat erect bush 45 to 80 cm in height. Foliage is glossy, dark green, lanceolate or ovate in shape. The rhizomatous growth habit promotes gradual expansion into dense colonies.

Flowers with a diameter of about 3–4 cm have an orchid-like shape, their coloration combines lavender shades with a white center and spotting. Flowering is late, beginning in September. The variety prefers partial shade or shade and moist, organic-rich soils. Resistant to lodging; winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 6–9.
