The variety is a self-regenerating annual plant with a semi-erect growth habit and hollow stems. Due to a high content of hard seeds, the variety is capable of effective self-regeneration and develops actively during the winter-spring period.

The plant possesses good winter hardiness and high tolerance to flooding, and also demonstrates resistance to root rot and clover scorch. The forage mass is characterized by high nutritional value and digestibility.
