The variety is the result of breeding based on New Zealand, Dutch white, and English wild white clover samples. The plant is characterized by a higher biological mass compared to wild white clover and an earlier onset of spring growth.

The variety was intended for the creation of cultivated pasture swards, particularly in mixtures with ryegrass. Within the variety, there is genetic variability in nitrogen fixation indicators and the ability to form nodules when nitrogen fertilizers are applied.
