The variety has a prostrate growth habit with intensive stolon formation that root at the nodes, forming a dense ground cover. The leaves are dark green in color and slightly larger than those of typical wild clover.
The plant possesses high resistance to frequent grazing, especially by sheep, and persists well within long-term pasture swards. Flowering time coincides with the flowering period of wild white clover, and disease resistance is considered standard in research.
The primary purpose is for the establishment of pastures. The variety is also used for the improvement of poor and upland soils, and due to its low growth and ability to suppress weeds, it is being investigated as a component for interseeding into other crops.
