Variety description

The variety is synthetic, obtained by crossing eight clones. It belongs to the Hollandicum type, which represents medium-sized plants that are widely cultivated in Europe.

Externally, the variety is distinguished by characteristic leaf markings in the form of a peripheral shade. The plant is acyanogenic, not releasing hydrogen cyanide. Breeding was conducted to increase disease resistance, increase the number of flowers, and develop long creeping shoots (stolons).

The variety is intended for use in pasture mixtures; it is valued for its persistence in the sward and the ability to root at stem nodes. In phytopathological tests, possible sensitivity to Aphanomyces euteiches root rot was noted under high infectious pressure.
