The variety was developed based on Maius-type plants and is characterized by vigorous juvenile development, strong branching, and large leaves. It is an annual upright plant adapted to warm and humid climatic conditions, growing well on various soils, except for sandy ones.

The variety possesses high resistance to sooty blotch and good tolerance to growing conditions. The crop is distinguished by high productivity and competitiveness, and is often recommended for use in mixed stands with other grasses.
