The variety has a universal direction of use, being suitable for obtaining both grain forage and forage green mass. It is effectively used in mixed crops, for example, with vetch, providing a high yield of high-quality forage. It is distinguished by intensive growth of the vegetative part of the plant and high leafiness.
The plant possesses high adaptability to growing conditions, including low agricultural backgrounds, and is adapted to the climate of Polissya and the Forest-Steppe. Under favorable conditions, the grain yield is about 3.0 t/ha. The variety shows pronounced resistance to infection by Septoria pathogens.
