Variety description

The variety is universal: the grain is used in the food industry for baking bread, producing cereals, muesli, and alcohol, as well as a component of compound feeds for livestock. The plant is medium-tall, with a short straw, and is adapted for cultivation under organic farming conditions.

The variety possesses high drought tolerance and resistance to lodging. It exhibits immunity to common and loose smut, as well as resistance to brown leaf rust and leaf septoria. It is characterized by easy threshing of the ear.

The grain is well-filled. Bread made from flour of this variety is distinguished by a pleasant aroma, a yellowish tint, and the ability to maintain freshness longer, with a bread volume yield of 450 ml per 100 g of flour.
