The variety was obtained by crossing the Sifnos and Mexicali-81 varieties. Plants reach a height of 85–95 cm and possess high resistance to lodging, as well as moderate cold hardiness.
The grain has a thousand kernel weight in the range of 44–49 g. The variety is distinguished by a high gluten index, medium protein content, and shows good resistance to powdery mildew, septoria, and Fusarium.
