The variety is characterized as mid-late in the booting stage and mid-early in the heading stage. Plant susceptibility to lodging is noted.

The variety has good resistance to yellow rust and Septoria, but may be affected by brown rust. Productivity is estimated as average with some instability of yield over the years.

Product quality includes a high yellow index, good grain test weight, and resistance to piebaldness.
