The plant belongs to the fringed tulip group (class 7). Peduncle height varies from 40 to 80 cm. Flowers are large, goblet-shaped, ranging from 7 to 15 cm in size, with characteristic needle-like fringe along the petal edge.
Petal coloration is multicolored: creamy-cream, light yellow, or salmon in the center, transitioning to a pink-burgundy or bright red color at the edges. The variety possesses good frost resistance, corresponding to USDA zones 3–4.
Used in landscape design for borders, flower beds, and rock gardens; also suitable for forcing and cut flowers. The plant is sensitive to water stagnation in the soil.
