The variety belongs to the lily-flowered tulip group. Plant height is 50–60 cm. The flower has a tall goblet shape up to 10 cm in height; when fully open, it acquires a star shape.
Flower stalks are sturdy and resistant to lodging. The flowering period occurs in May. The plant possesses winter hardiness (USDA zones 3–8), grows well in open areas and in partial shade, and is suitable for landscaping, cut flowers, and forcing.
