The flowers are large, goblet-shaped, reaching 15–20 cm in diameter when fully open. The petals have the ruffled fringe characteristic of parrot tulips; the primary red color is complemented by a creamy-yellow edge that lightens to white over time.
The plant stems are sturdy, with a height of 50–55 cm. This is an early-flowering variety, with blooming occurring in April–May. The plant is sensitive to strong winds due to the weight of the buds, so it requires planting in sheltered locations.
The variety is suitable for forcing in water and substrate. For industrial cultivation, cooling at +9 °C for 15–16 weeks is required. The use is universal: for flower beds, borders, container gardening, and cut flowers.
