Variety description

The Viridiflora tulip class has non-double, goblet-shaped flowers. The petals are colored creamy-white or cream with a characteristic pronounced green stripe running from the base to the tip of the petal. The plant reaches a height of 45–60 cm and possesses gray-green linear or broadly ovate leaves.

The variety is late-flowering; the flowering period occurs in the second half of May and is distinguished by its duration. The stems are strong and resilient, resistant to wind and precipitation. The plant has high disease resistance and is capable of overwintering in the ground without digging for up to 5 years.

The variety is suitable for cut flowers and use in landscape design, including planting in flower beds, rock gardens, and alpine gardens. The recommended planting density is 20–25 bulbs per 1 sq. m. To maintain the intensity of the green color on the petals, it is recommended to plant the plants in well-lit, sunny areas.
