The variety belongs to the fringed tulip group, often classified as fringed double. The peduncle height is 40–45 cm. Buds are dense, double-shaped, reach 6–8 cm in diameter, and have a fringed edge along the petals. The color is characterized as dark purple-red.

The plant is intended for industrial forcing, use in landscape design, and container cultivation. The forcing process requires a bulb cooling period of 14 to 16 weeks; treatment at +9°C and water forcing are possible.
