The Ms Li tulip variety belongs to the Triumph group. The flower has a bicolored coloration combining orange, pink and yellow shades, with the edges of the petals being darker in color. The flower length is 5–5.5 cm, and the plant height reaches 40 cm.

The variety is intended for use as a cut flower crop, and is also suitable for ornamental landscaping in open ground and containers. It is classified as a commercial variety suitable for forcing, in particular, the possibility of using 9-degree technology with readiness by December 25 is mentioned.
