The Ontario variety belongs to the Triumph group. The plant is characterized by bicolored coloration: the base color of the petals is dark purple-red, complemented by a yellow margin or highlights along the edges. The flowers have a goblet shape, their height is 5–7 cm, and width is 5–6 cm. Stem height varies from 40 to 70 cm depending on growing conditions.

The variety is mid-season flowering and is well-suited for commercial forcing, including hydroponics. The technology includes a cooling period at 9 °C lasting 16 weeks, followed by a forcing period of 20 to 26 days. It is used primarily in ornamental gardening and for cut flowers in floristry.
