The variety belongs to the fringed tulip group. The flowers have needle-like fringes on the petal edges and reach a diameter of about 10 cm. Plant height varies from 35 to 40 cm.

Flowering occurs in May. The variety is suitable for decorative garden landscaping and cut flowers. It can be used for forcing, with a cooling period of 16 weeks. The variety is suitable for cultivation in hardiness zones 3–8.
