The variety 'Peu de Feu' was bred based on the parent forms 'Ile de France' and 'Sevilla'. It belongs to the Triumph tulip group.

The plant's flowers are single, of a bright red-pink shade corresponding to tone 053C according to the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) classification. The flower height is approximately 4.5–5 cm, and the color is uniformly distributed.

The plant is used in landscape design and for cut flowers due to its flowering persistence and longevity.
