The flower of the variety is large, reaching 10–12 cm in diameter when fully open. The petal color is orange-red with characteristic yellow-green smears or streaks. The plant has a strong stem and reaches a height of 40 to 65 cm.

The variety belongs to the late-blooming group; flowering usually occurs from May to early June. It is intended for use in flower beds, borders, containers, and for cutting. The variety is frost-hardy, prefers sunny areas or light partial shade, as well as loose and fertile soil. Due to large, heavy buds, it requires protection from strong wind.
