Variety description

The variety forms compact, medium-sized rosettes with short-oval dark green leaves on long petioles. The plant grows quickly, and its leaves have a tender texture and a nutty flavor.

The variety is characterized by high cold resistance, which allows it to be used for overwintering in open ground without snow cover. Resistance to downy mildew Peronospora valerianellae is confirmed.

The crop is suitable for cultivation in open ground from July to September or in greenhouses from January to March and from September to December. It is consumed fresh in salads or subjected to thermal processing.
