The variety forms compact, upright rosettes with tender smooth leaves of dark green color. The plant is characterized by rapid growth rates and high productivity.

The variety is distinguished by high frost resistance, which allows harvesting even from under the snow. It is recommended for cultivation throughout the year, including autumn, winter, and spring periods, and is used fresh as a leafy vegetable.
