The variety forms a compact basal rosette with relatively large leaves 7–10 cm long, having an elongated spoon-shaped form and a medium or dark green shade. The plant height at the harvest stage is 20–30 cm.

The plant belongs to the group of fast-growing and early-maturing varieties with tender leaves of mild taste. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, which allows it to be used for overwintering and obtaining an early spring harvest, and it also shows less sensitivity to grey mold during the winter period.

Intended for cultivation in the open field or under plastic covers. Sowing is carried out from early spring to late summer. The crop requires regular soil moisture, as drought and elevated temperatures provoke premature bolting and deterioration of taste qualities.
